I know it won't be box profile if it's flat, but can you get 8x4 sheets of the same thickness, treated like box profile, but flat? I need the cladding (unseen areas of a garden room), but not the thickness. thanks.

I’m guessing it exists as steel/aluminium sheeting from metal suppliers rather than anything you’d find on a cladding/building materials site
