Faulty button on door entry system

I'm having an issue with my door entry system. Yesterday, someone pressed my button (4th one down in the photo) and now it’s stuck in the pressed position. I can pull it out but the button somehow seems different to the others. The audible sound didn’t stop until I disconnected a wire in the handset in my flat. I have zero DIY experience but would like to fix this myself if I can do it without causing any damage. Does anyone have advice on how to resolve this?

What's on the piece of paper at the top? Hopefully details of the manufacturer/model number

The first step would be to try and identify the kit.

Are there any markings on the faceplate?
 
Post picture of handset and front panel …chances of getting a replacement switch is probably zero …
 
Try spraying a bit of WD40 or Contact cleaner in the switch. That might loosen it up a bit
