Found that i can make outgoing calls but not incoming.

Theres no shorts from what i can see. Have taken them out splay them apart, cut the cable back a bit but same problem.

Is there a fix if a short occurred or is this a call out to virgin.

Reconnected 2/3/5 and the same problem. Not sure whats going on as it was fine before disconnecting image 2 in the bedroom
